The home sits on two lots, not one lot. There is a 12 foot by 16 foot out shed (with secure attic) for storage of lawn and garden tools and equipment. The house was built with wood and brick originally, we added vinyl siding over all the wood. We added and oversized HVAC system. The deck is wired to accommodate a hot tub and natural gas is piped to the deck to allow a natural gas BBQ.
