Therefore, we are looking for a 50+ male, professional, non smoker to share the rent, utilities, broadband,water and yard/outside home maintenance. From our quiet Purcellville Locust Grove neighborhood, we're only a 3 to 5-minute walk to Emerick Elementary, and a short distance further into the charming town center with access to the 45-mile W&OD walking and biking trail to Arlington, VA, nearby driving distance to the historical towns of Middleburg and Leesburg, numerous wineries, breweries, restaurants, the Appalachian trail and Shenandoah river. It's a good fit if you are building, house hunting or would like a short or long term until March/May 2026 furnished rental at $1700/month.
