The house was built in 1876 and is three levels with 3-4 bedrooms, one full bath, and one-half bath on the first floor. There is a large fenced backyard which also includes a red brick patio along the side of the house. We are a very dog-friendly home, and Shipoke is a super dog-friendly neighborhood. Here are a few other things we love about Shipoke. - Running trail located right in front of the house with access to the Greenbelt trails and mountain biking trails. - Passage of India and Cubanos in our neighborhood. Both great places to eat. - Kids park located three blocks away. - Short walk to the bars and restaurant on Second Street. - Pinnacle health (hospital) super close. Shipoke also has a very active community on NextDoor. The community also hosts various events like Social Meetups and Wine on Wednesdays. The house is available starting mid-December. We are asking $1350 per month, plus utilities, internet, etc. Note: We can potentially leave the house furnished if interested.
