Backyard is a good size, and the storage shed is in the back corner so doesn't disrupt the backyard for kids swing sets or patio furniture. Tenants are expected to have the utilities turned on after the lease is signed. Also required, tenants must have renter's insurance. No smoking anywhere on the property. Property must be kept up at all times. We use our own repairmen and companies and do not allow tenants to call themselves for repairs or maintenance.
