This is a wonderful starter home. Since purchasing this home I have put new washer(2017), dryer (2017), fridge (2017), stove(2018), dishwasher (2018), a new toilet upstairs (2018), kitchen floor redone in December, 2019, and the 3rd bedroom floor was redone in December, 2019. A new metal roof was put on in 2016 and all the appliances were installed in 2017 and 2018. The basement was recently painted in June of 2019 with mold and mildew resistant paint. Upstairs bathroom are being updated. The garage has a new roof (June, 2020) and it also has a remote garage door opener. Was painted in July 2020. There are 4 garden beds all with perennials.
