The the cabin is located on a grassy level area with aspen, pine, fir trees and tons of wildflowers. Yard is not fenced. Just move in, sit back, and enjoy the sounds of the creek. Looking for 12 month lease. Owner pays for water and sewer (well and septic) and internet/cable. No smoking. New Miele washer/drier installed in 2022. Riverside Drive is a beautiful road in Raymond with many cabins (seasonal and year round). The road is well maintained by the County and the cabin is on a shared drive that is accessible all winter. Area is in an extremely sensitive fire area. Tenant will be asked to provide limited yard maintenance (raking, mowing, etc). Landlord owns the cabin next door and will come up occasionally.
