You would cover electricity. There is a $50 application/administration fee. Pets are allowed, but only with an additional deposit and approval of manager. You would be taking over my current lease and the first month's (July 17-31st) rent would be payed for you (a $300 value!) Payment would begin the first of August at $629. The lease term runs for 1 year with the likely option of renewing if you so wish.
