Quiet neighborhood (with other apartments across the street) that is located one block east of the YMCA and the METS station. There is also a communal fenced-in back yard for children to play or for grilling/barbecuing. Appliances are included but won't maintained by our office. We have coin-operated washer and dryer in communal laundry room in the basement, provided. We pay for water, but not CenterPoint Energy. For the safety and comfort of others, this is a no pets unit.
