You are not only a block away from Loyola Park and the beach (beautiful park, perfect for social distance meals with friends and family), but you are also a block away from the Red Line (Morse stop) and the 147 bus line which runs pretty much north to south. You're even three blocks east of the Rogers Park Metra station! Rogers Park is the best and if you're new to the city or a long time resident you will find everything you need here. Filed with families and students it plays home to a wide variety of lovely people and lots of green space. You can't ask for anything better. Roughly 870 square feet with exposed brick and hardwood floors with ample closet space (entryway closet AND hallway closet). Living room: 25X18 - long and open with courtyard facing windows. Master Bedroom: 14X10 - big enough for a queen sized bed, window facing back alley and Loyola Park. Big ol' closet. Dining Room: 10X9 - ending with two large Southern facing windows (swoon). Kitchen: 9X9 - a surprising amount of countertop space with lovely light from a southern facing window. Extra storage unit in the basement. Details: $1,190 per month which includes heat (radiator - perfect for Chicago winters) and water. Tenet is responsible for: electric (avg $50 per month w/AC in summer), cooking gas (avg. $23 per month) and internet (I think the building is only wired for Comcast). Pets: allowed, but you'll have to pay a one time deposit of $357 with the first months rent. Application fee: $50 Lease length: there's flexibility here! You can take over our lease which ends May 1st 2021 or you can sign a year long lease at the current rent rate. There is plenty of parking out back in the parking lot for the Loyola Park but we have been renting a garage spot for $130 a month and would be happy to put you in touch with the owner since we will no longer be needing it.
