Persons who hold jobs which are commission or salary plus commission based will be considered self-employed and follow this same guideline Rental History Verification: Rental history at the current and/or previous residence, satisfactory rent payment, no eviction history or history or rental violations, sufficient move-out notice and all rental terms fulfilled. Pets: NO CATS! The following dog breeds are not accepted due to our insurance company's rules: Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and Wolf Hybrids. Monthly Pet Rent will be charged for each dog. We need to meet your dog(s) at lease signing or beforehand. All pets are subject to management approval and Rental Agreement policy.
