There are two outdoor swimming pools as well as an indoor swimming pool with a small fitness gym steps away from the condo. There is also an outdoor BBQ grill by the outdoor pools. It is a 10 minute drive to the airport, beaches and many shopping centers with restaurants and supermarkets. This is available for long and short term. Owner pays for utilities(WiFi, cable, electric). No smoking is allowed in this condo. Renters are responsible for trash disposal and recycling (there are containers to dispose in parking lot). No motorcycle, trailers or commercial vehicles are allowed on property. Rent will be paid on the 1st of the month. Lease duration is on a month to month basis. Must info owner 30 days in advance if not leasing the following month. The Renter is responsible for any damages to the property. Security deposit will be held if there are damages to property upon leaving. Renter is responsible for any bounced check fees.
