This property is also just a few blocks from the GM plant. Tenant is responsible for gas, water, and electric and mowing the grass. Owner is responsible for preventative pest control. There is a one time move in pet fee of $500 per pet. Lease is listed as 1 year but exceptions can be made to accommodate employers who require their employees to move to the Marion/Grant County area.
