We're looking to rent our furnished family home for 10-12 months while we're living abroad. Start date around September 1, 2020. Our home is 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 full, 1 bunk bed), 2 bathrooms with a large covered porch and back yard. We have a lovely, spacious kitchen, living room and separate family room (including flat screen TV and sleeper sofa). It is an older, simply furnished home that is charming and comfortable. One mile to downtown and the college. Space for two cars in driveway. Washer/dryer.
