This fully furnished home is in an ideal location; close enough to Lake Conroe for all the fun and adventure, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and quiet neighborhood! This space was professionally designed with minimalistic and serene vibes. The primary suite is downstairs off the kitchen, with three additional bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked for many of your cooking needs! The backyard is an open grassy space with a patio set and BBQ. Utilities included, short term leases accepted. Ideal for people needing a place to go while their home is being renovated, or a traveling professional, corporate housing, etc. - Owner pays all utilities- renter pays any excessive use electric fees over $300. - Pets may not be left outside unattended for long periods. Dogs must go to the bathroom outside only and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. We have gardening service every two weeks and they will not service a yard with pet waste. - Dogs who bark excessively cannot be accepted. - Please no puppies or dogs under 1.5 years old, as they can chew and be destructive. - Ideally, we would like to have a cleaning service come in at the beginning of each month to maintain the property. This fee is paid for, unless there are extenuating circumstances- pet urine/feces, other major stains and problems, etc. which you will be responsible for paying above the original agreed upon cleaning service fee. -Lease duration is flexible, minimum of 1 month. - Absolutely no smoking in the home. - Home is on septic, so nothing except toilet paper goes in there. - Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Please do not park on grass. - If tenant stays longer than 1 month, tenant may be responsible for certain maintenance requests such as dumping septic enzymes down toilet, filter changes, etc.
