Required terms, disclosures, and details: Screening Criteria: -Minimum household income 3 x monthly rent. -Proof of sufficient current income (Two most recent paycheck stubs from your current employer) -Proof of current employment (or verifiable income or liquid assets equal to two (2) times the total annual rent) -Minimum credit score 650 and no negatives on report -Three years of positive, verifiable rental or mortgage history from a current (within 12 months) third party. Applicants must be named on a rental agreement.
