Great neighbors who you see just enough to feel safe, but not so much that they are watching over you. This unit is a single level with neighbors upstairs. You can sometimes hear them upstairs - it never bothers me, but want to note it, in case it is something you would be sensitive to.
The condo is only a 1-mile drive to Sloan's Lake - which features a 2.5-mile lovely walking lap around the lake. Highly recommend at Sunset.
