Tons of closet space and storage, your own personal bathroom, and a pretty sweet and very large, elevated den space (pictured). The apartment is about 10-15 minutes by foot to the closest metro line (Green/Yellow), steps away from convenient bus lines, a 15-20 minute walk to Whole Foods, Giant, Safeway, Lidl, or Target, as well as a number of good neighborhood markets and Farmers markets. Additional amenities: large gym in-building (about 5 steps outside the door) as well as a couple other amenities that make this place feel like home, including the shared (but somehow rarely used) rooftop deck, first floor party room, mail room, etc etc on your tour. About you: Looking for someone to sign on for a 12 month lease, starting September 1st. Current roommate does not want to leave the beautiful space she's built, but is moving in with her fiancee!
