Built in the 1890's, this antique mansard roof residence is the second oldest house in Mashpee. The original ceiling light fixture with all of the glass intact still hangs in the dining room. It was lit by kerosene until converted over to electric. The built-in hutches remain in the kitchen, but the kitchen itself has been extended and the cabinetry totally redone. The original barn has been torn down, but the other outbuildings have been renovated into a two-car garage and a three-car garage with approved in-law apartment.
