The apartment is like a treehouse - small with a ton of light throughout the day from morning to sunset including 2 skylights. It has a large private green roof patio which is completely private and only for the tenants use. The patio faces the sunset so it is a beautiful place to enjoy it. Also it is a place where you can grow flowers and vegetables because the back patio gets full sun. Shared laundry facilities in the basement, new refrigerator, freshly painted, and smart wall mounted tv. All utilites included. The heat is radiator heat (not an option in the list) and a new central air conditioning unit has been installed 7 months ago. The bathroom has a low flat ceiling and a clawfoot tub with a new shower head. This means you can get a nice bath, and if you are tall, the height of the ceiling may be an issue. The mattress is one year old and high quality and the bed is a solid wooden frame. It is a truly lovely place if you like small cute places with a cottage feel and private outdoor space. No smoking allowed. Renting to one person only, not a couple. The apartment is now rented from mid-late August on. I am looking for someone who is interested in a short term lease from now thru August. Flexible on the timing but no less than one month.
