I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. Rent is $1995/month. I'm hoping to find someone for a 2/15 or 3/1 start. My lease ends August 2023 and there is the option to extend. My apartment is in a gorgeous neighborhood between Hancock Park and Fairfax (on the corner of Beverly Blvd and La Brea Av). Extremely convenient to get around with permitted street parking and accessible public transportation. There are great stores and restaurants down La Brea all within 3 blocks walking distance- Trader Joe's, Ralphs, Petco, Sweetgreen, Sycamore Kitchen, Sugarfish, CVS. My ground-floor unit is tucked away from the street. It's well-lit and spacious (~650 square feet). It also has great character and charm- hardwood floors, original 1920s tile in the bathroom and kitchen, and crown molding throughout the bedroom and living room. Property management is extremely responsive to any issues. Owner pays for water. Gas, electric, and Internet are the tenants responsibilities. You would need to apply through the property management company. 3 occupants maximum. Pets are not allowed (registered ESAs/ service animals are allowed).
