Sharp Flats, LLC. pays most utilities (gas, water, & sewage), while tenant pays electricity. Sharp Flats, LLC, is a student rental company. When the company we use to ice our sidewalks is available, we will have them service our properties. Parking is provided on the street adjacent to the house. We allow pets and there is a $25 monthly pet fee. This monthly fee does not cover any damages that the pet may cause. There's to be no smoking in the apartment.
