This is a "Deltec" (Round - 18 sides) house. It has approximately 1600’ of living space. The exterior walls are 2” x 6” construction and there's extra insulation under the floors in the walkout crawlspace/basement. The septic permit for the house is for 2 bedrooms. There’s a 3rd “bonus room” with a closet in it, however. The asphalt shingled roof and pine lap siding is original. The enormous deck wraps almost halfway around the house and gives you views from many different angles with plenty of room for multiple patio sets, porch swings and lounge chairs. Sit long enough and you may see one of the military's C-130s fly by AT EYE LEVEL! (One of the most incredible feelings, ever!) The furnace / AC unit is the original one installed with the house. The propane gas log fireplace was installed in 2006; the logs & firebox pan were replaced in 2020. There are electric wall heaters in each of the bathrooms. The electric, 40-gallon water heater was replaced in 2018. There's ceramic tile in the kitchen & in both bathrooms; the rest of the house has hardwood floors. There's a really cool wooden compass inlay in the living / dining area that is directionally accurate. (See pics) Cabinets in the kitchen are solid oak with hidden hinges. Most of the appliances are less than 3 years old, but the dishwasher is an older model (that works better than any dishwasher I've ever used!) and the microwave is also an older model, but in great shape and works perfectly. The range uses propane gas. The huge picture windows in the living areas & bedrooms let in all kinds of natural light as well as the incredible views There's a 24’ x 26’ attached garage, plus plenty of additional parking in the gravel driveway. We're the last house on top of the mountain, so it’s super quiet and private. The house is located in a gated community, so there is very little vehicle traffic from outside. The HOA dues are $120 annually & the association maintains common areas & roads Both satellite television services are available at the house. We currently have Dish Network, but had DirecTV before and both work great. The only “high speed internet” that’s available to the house, is HughesNet. The major cell phone carriers provide good service to the house, however, so we just use our phones as hotspots for streaming content and internet surfing at computers. Land telephone line service is available through Frontier Communications. The jetted tub in master bath works great and is one of our favorite ways to relax sore muscles at the end of the day! The master bathroom also has a standup shower. The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There are outdoor wired surveillance cameras & an intercom system at both entry doors that do work.
