Two bedroom, 1 Bathroom house with single garage in Carolina Beach. Bedrooms are smallish so better suited to single person or couple. Small inside dogs or cats allowed. Yard is NOT fenced. The inside photos are all from when we bought the house. Photos will be updated by the 3rd November. Inside has been repainted and floors in lounge/passage updated to vinyl flooring. We just added a Deck and screened in the porch. The photos of the porch and deck were taken before the porch was complete. Will be updated by the 3rd November. House will be available from the 7th of November or 1st December. Of course we would prefer to have it rented by the 7th at a prorated price. There is off street parking for 2 vehicles. The house is attached to an apartment which we occupy during the summer. Typically April through October. Our entrance is off 7th Ave. House entrance is off Monroe.
