I am using a broker with Weichert Realtors. I am paying the broker fee. Apartment is located on the border of Hoboken/Jersey City and is 8 min walking distance from the Hoboken PATH train station. There is also a shuttle from 700 Grove to the PATH station. Amenities included in the rent: * Doorman building with big private landscaped courtyard * Free Shuttle from building to Hoboken PATH train * Gym: Free access to modern building gym * Comcast Xfinity internet and cable are included in rent.
