Beautiful 1920s Spanish Colonial Revival West University home refurbished in 2020 and steps from The University of Arizona (UofA) campus. The neighbor to the South is a Post Office Museum only open during business hours. The garage is used by my family for storage and is unfortunately not included in the rented/rentable space. Off-street driveway parking for at least 2 cars and the opportunity to apply for street parking through local government.
