Guests have full access to the condo, private balcony, and all building amenities, including the rooftop pool, fitness center, and secure residential parking garage. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and high-speed WiFi throughout the space. All building access is secured and requires credentials provided at check-in. No Glitter or Party Decor: We love a celebration, but please skip glitter, confetti, or anything that could linger after you leave. Trash & Recycling: Bag all trash and tie bags before using the trash chute. Recycling bins are in the trash rooms. Please don't leave loose items in hallways or trash rooms. Smoking: No smoking indoors, please! If you step outside for a smoke, kindly dispose of cigarette butts in the trash. Noise & Neighbors: Quiet hours start at 10PM. Please keep music and conversations at a considerate level, and help us respect the peaceful vibe of the building. Parties & Safety: No parties or large gatherings, and no illegal activities of any kind. Exterior cameras help us ensure guest safety and neighborhood quiet. Pets: We welcome approved dogs (sorry, no cats). Be sure to reach out before booking our pet fee is $350. And don't forget your poop bags! Please clean up after your furry friend so everyone can enjoy the space. Balcony Use: Please enjoy the balcony for relaxing no towels, clothing, or other items should be hung outside. Parking: You'll receive an AVI device for garage access. Please remember to use this when entering the garage to avoid hourly parking charges. Temporary parking is available at check-in.
