Hay and Pasture Ground: The irrigated ground has grown dairy quality alfalfa hay and sugar beets in the past. It currently boasts an excellent quality mix of orchard grass / alfalfa mix that sees high demand from a group of regular customers. It is gravity irrigated via gated pipe.The pasture is a mix of irrigated and sub irrigated pasture that provides summer grazing for livestock. Live water and productive pasture make it a low maintenance means of caring for stock. Comments: The Sage Farm is the perfect mix of solitude and easy access.
