We are selling our 1979 Cape with a full dormer off the back. It sits on approximately three acres with a very private fenced back yard. The Marshwood school system is rated one of the best in the state but if you prefer private school Berwick Academy is also situated in South Berwick. So bring your football, badminton set, blueberry pail and children as this is a wonderful home in a wonderful town to raise your children in.
