I have for sale 4.5 acres of land just south of Screven, GA. (Not to be confused with Screven county!) Its about 5min from Screven, 20min from Jesup. Its also about 7min from the Little Satilla River for fishing. This is a good site to build a house or install a trailer. Electricity available. There is not a water well or septic, but there is a hand pump out there so there seems to be a shallow well dug, but we have never tested it. Could be a good investment for putting up rental properties. Its a nice, shady piece of land with trees, but not too much underbrush. Its in a nice quiet neighborhood on a dirt road with good neighbors. me with any questions We are not looking to owner finance at this time, we would much rather find someone with cash or their own financing.
