DOGS MUST BE LEASHED while walking in the neighborhood. In addition to this being the HOA rule, there is abundant wildlife that could interact negatively with your dog. Please understand that this is a tiny home with ladders. Ladders are used at your own risk. We aren't liable for any injuries from the lofts or ladders. We have provided a main floor sofa sleeper as an alternative to the loft sleeping arrangements. COST: $1795/mo rent plus $500 deposit. First month rent ($1750) due on possession and deposit ($500) due upon signing the lease. Rent includes HOA fees, trash, water, sewer, $150 credit toward electricity and internet. Tenants are responsible for snow removal on the property. All tenants must pass a background and credit check through Zillow. NO SMOKING!
