No illegal activity or nuisances (noise, disturbing neighbors). Appliances & Hookups tenant supplies the washer and dryer machines. 10. Parking Assign specific parking spot Prohibit unregistered or inoperable vehicles. 11. Entry & Inspections Landlord may enter with reasonable notice (24 hours in CT, except emergencies).
