First/last months rent to move in. ($1500) There's a ($50) key deposit as well. You'll get this back once you return your key at the end of the lease. Street parking for monthly fee. This place is an awesome place to live. Close to Star Market, bars and restaurants. There's a full kitchen, living room and dining room on the main floor. This listing if for a basement level room. There's 2 rooms + bathroom/shower downstairs and 1 room + bathroom upstairs. Plenty of closet/storage space as well. The landlord is a great guy and very attentive to anything we might need. Laundry in basement (Free washer / Dryer take quarters) A large backyard along with a deck and covered front porch. About the room mates: Adam is a young professional working at a local hospital doing administrative work. In his spare time he mostly plays video games, reads, watches movies, and listens to music. He's responsible and flexible as a roommate, and happy to answer any and all questions you may have. Nick is a young professional working as a video producer for 5 major Boston radio stations. In my spare time, I enjoy playing guitar, listening to music, cooking & working on freelance video projects. Please note: Note that all three tenants will sign a roommate agreement with each other regarding rent and basic cohabitating expectations; any big dealbreakers we have will be incorporated here, so let us know about yours! We take covid-19 very seriously. You aren't expected to wear a mask at home or be a total hermit, but if you plan on regular bar outings or having a lot of different visitors in the midst of the pandemic you should look elsewhere.
