The private, members only beach is a short walk from the house where you can sunbathe, swim, stroll or catch a magnificent sunset. Things to do in the area include many hiking and biking trails, touring the North Fork wineries, breweries and farm stands, as well as exploring the quaint seaside village of Port Jefferson where there are wonderful shops and restaurants to experience. You can cap off your day by relaxing in the lush, private backyard gardens while sitting around the fire-pit enjoying the tranquility, and even enjoy some evening stargazing if you are so inclined! The cottage is fully equipped and furnished. A small dog only would be considered. There is a new full convertible sofa in the living area should you desire occasional guests. The living space is light and bright, decorated in a beach cottage theme. This is a SHORT TERM LEASE ONLY. IT can be occupied on or around starting from November 15-2024, to June 15-25.
