These apartments will be smoke free. Smoking outside building ONLY. We prefer no animals unless they are a service animal. Service animals will require a portion of your security deposit upon leaving to go towards a deep cleaning of the apartment by a professional cleaning company. We prefer to use our own cleaning service. The tenant will be given a detailed invoice from the cleaning company so he/she knows the expense and how much will be taken out of the security deposit for the cleaning.
