I am renting my 3 beds and 2 bath condo in Bristol. It's on Pardee st. Its a quiet neighborhood. All the condo owners are very nice and its a well managed condo complex. Snow removal, landscaping and grounds maintenance are include in the rent. I might include laundry within unit as well. Its electric heat which is good cause every room has its own thermostat. This condo is on the second floor and because heat rises, the condo on the first floor will be providing free heat to this condo.
