There is a parking lot at both entrances, with ample parking spaces available. The complex has a team that maintains common areas and each building has its own locked entrances. Bedrooms consist of one full-size and one queen-size bed, with very soft and comfortable beddings. Each bedroom includes a large closet, laundry bag, hangers, portable drawers, extra blankets, two sets of bed sheets, fitted sheets, duvet covers, and pillow cases. Large windows provide ample daylight, but we installed thick blackout curtains for anyone doing night shifts! Each bedroom has a separate thermostat, so you can personalize your room temperature. Kitchen is open concept -- it provides a dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and a water boiler kettle. It is also fully stocked with cooking supplies you'd need, from cooking to bringing lunch to work. We supply basic seasonings, coffee, tea, and sugar. Living room is very cozy with cute design, comfortable couches and a ROKU TV, it also has its own thermostat. Bathroom is bright, clean, and supplied with bath linens (bath, hand, and face towels), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Laundry room is located downstairs on the bottom floor. The washer and dryer are operated with laundry cards. We will add value to the laundry card (up to one load per week during your stay; additional loads are paid for by tenants). Laundry detergent is included with your stay. Fast Xfinity wifi is provide (our speed test says 150mbps). We want to make sure you have all the living supplies you need during your stay. Other things we include are paper shredder, humidifier, vacuum, and all other cleaning supplies. This unit will be non-smoking and no pets.
