Pet policy: Our pet policy is on a case by case basis but under no circumstances will our insurance company permit pit bulls, Rottweiler, Dobermans, chows or any other breed or dog known for or showing violent tenancies. If the animal isn't any of those breeds we must do an inspection of your current residence. Tenant must follow all applicable pet laws and ordinances. If all is well we would make an exception but a one time non refundable pet fee equal to half of one months rent would be required. This pet fee is not a deposit and would not be used to offset any damages caused by the pet. Very small 2 bedroom home. Second bedroom is captive. Garbage and sewage is included. Natural gas forced air furnace.
