We are a 3 minute walk away from 2 popular area restaurants. The Hampton Jitney as well as the Suffolk County Bus system has a bus stop 1.7 miles up the road at the Macy's in Hampton Bays. The Speonk train stop on the LIRR is 9.7 miles away, but the Hampton Bays train stop on the LIRR is 2.2 miles away. LEASE TERMS: This is a year round rental available September 8th.
