Hello! Looking for people to resign my lease with me asap! It's a cute little house in a very walkable area by Hampton Park! The house has a front porch, updated kitchen, and a laundry room! Parking is on the street, but there are plenty of spots and no parking pass is required. Landlords are awesome and very chill. There are two rooms available, they both have closets and share the hallway bathroom. Rooms are $725, utilities run about $100. I'm 23, graduated from cofc, and currently work at an art gallery. I'm looking for people around the same age who are easy going, clean, and responsible that can hopefully turn into friends! 4/20 and lgbtq+ friendly Also pics show the place with my limited furniture - will want/need to do some redecorating with whoever moves in lol!
