As you can see from the photos, this unit has just been completely renovated and offers everything you need in your next home. Due to the spiral staircase, this unit won't be for everyone though. On the first floor, you will find the kitchen, dining area and brand new bathroom. Off the kitchen is the first floor deck (that's right- one of two decks)! On the second floor, is a large spacious room (studio style) with lots of closet space and built-in shelves. The carpet is all brand new. This room is so bright and has the second spacious deck overlooking the backyard. There is lots of sunny, green space for your peaceful enjoyment too. There are outside stairs off the deck too, for easy access to the yard and driveway and also for moving in your second floor furnishings. Rental Options: Option 1- (For one occupant- $50/month for an additional occupant) $1,600/month- includes heat, water and sewer. Tenants pay their own electricity and other personal utilities. Option 2- (For one occupant- $50/month for an additional occupant) $1,450/month- Tenants pay for their own heat (brand new propane heater), electricity and other personal utilities. The landscaping is done by the owner and the tenants are responsible for snow removal. This means they will do their own shoveling (deck and stairs) and share the plowing costs. No pets preferred, but an indoor cat may be negotiable with an additional $250 non-refundable pet deposit. This is a non-smoking home!
