Currently working on apartment and it will be ready July 15 Is a 2nd floor apartment with a deck, off street parking , washer and dryer in basement and economical gas heat..tenant responsible for heat, hot water and electrity. Landlord pays the waterbill. This is a non smoking property, please do not apply if you are a smoker as will void the lease. Also no dogs, my insurance wont cover it.. Tenant pays gas and electric,I pay water. No dogs or smoking. 1st last and $500 security.
