Main St. Apartments, its open-concept spacious living area is brightened by large windows and provides plenty of space to suit your needs. Though not pictured below, newer appliances are included. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-premise. Rent is $475/bedroom with double occupancy, totaling $950. Below is a list of major tenant responsibilities. Please see the lease on each unit page for additional requirements & responsibilities. Electric: Tenants pay for electric service for each apartment. Service must be transferred into one tenant's name one week before occupancy by calling National Grid at Trash Removal: Tenants must purchase trash removal tickets from the 7-11 and take the garbage to the street for pick-up on Thursday evening of each week. Alternatively, garbage can be taken to the transfer station located at 38 Union St. in Allegany. If any village ordinance is violated, tenant must pay all fines.
