You have easy access to all that West Asheville, the riverfront greenways, and the River Arts District have to offer. You are nested in the woods, while close to everything. Walk or ride your bike to food, music, parks, or a craft beverage. 12 month lease required. Maximum occupancy is 6 individuals. No smoking and no subleases permitted. Renter is responsible for utilities and routine yard maintenance. Up to 2 small pets allowed with a pet deposit/fee.
