She used materials salvaged from homes that were removed during the flooding of the Quabbin Reservoir adding interesting and unique features including stained and leaded glass. There is also a waterproof under-deck storage. Other improvements include kitchen and bathroom renovations as well as aesthetic and structural improvements to the 2nd floor apartment and basement.
