This four family house is located on a quiet dead end street with a small yard in back. It is an older home which we have been renovating the apartments over the past ~15 years. We first replaced all the windows, converted the house from oil to gas and updated the electrical in all the units. We have slowly been fixing the units from the inside out. This apartment is located on the first floor with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Gas fired forced hot water baseboard heat, hardwood floors throughout, and plenty of parking. Owner pays for water but Tenant is responsible for gas and electric.
