Only 5-7 min ride to the Shopping center , 15 min from Hudson River that has Marina , minutes away from Walmart and bunch of amenities near by. Its a seasonal house!!! Season opens from Mid April till Mid November and you can only reside it for that period of time IT'S NOT ALL YEAR AROUND !!! You can't rent it out nor use Airbnb. Monthly HOM is $220 which includes electricity , property cleaning, water, garbage removal and property taxes. HOM has end of the year tax deduction for owner !!
