-The rental is an academic rental that begins in mid September and continues 9 months until mid June. The price is $1850 per month with 1 full month's security. The tenant is responsible for all utilities, oil, electric, cable and water. The tenant is also responsible for the lawn and snow removal. Cost estimates for the utilities are available upon request. The home is fully furnished. All you need to bring are your clothes and toiletries. The home will be left immaculate for you and we expect the same upon our return. We know you will love and enjoy our home but please respect our belongings and care for them as if they were your own. We do maintain the right to stop in and inspect the home and property with appropriate notice. Pets considered on an individual basis.
