7 Room home built in 1917. In 2006-2010 the home recieved the following upgrades. All new upgraded electricity, plumbing, attic insulation, 25 yards of concrete for driveway from street to inside garage. All original heart of pine hardwood floors were stripped, refinished and sealed with 3 layers of polyurethene. In June of 2016 new galvalume metal roof was installed on the house. In Ocotober of 2016 the roof was repaired from Hurricane Matthew and the garage roof was replaced with a new galvalume metal roof. The full porch (1/2 open and 1/2 screened in) has been replaced with heavy duty foundation and composite decking with fine screen wire underneath.
