The living area, dining space and kitchen are all open concept with a natural and vibrant blue and aqua color pattern for a fun, creative and 'namaste' effect. Other things to note -Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -There is a long term tenant in the larger house attached. You will be sharing trash service. -You will have 1 designated parking spot for your unit. - NO SMOKING inside. This includes Colorado's newest cash crop. - Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors.
