    The location of this home is Very rural but within 15-20 minutes of Downtown Knoxville/Neyland statium, Jefferson City, Rutledge and Maynardville and 10-15 minutes from Cherokee lake/Cherokee dam. If you like the country but also like to be close to the conveniences of the City then this is a good location. Great people. neighbors who lookout for one another, an extremely professional and efficient police force and wonderful schools with teachers that go above and beyond. Blaine is one of the best and most desirable places to live in East Tennessee.
